Hi, I’m Jenn

I am the creator behind Hidden River Creative. My paper crafting journey started in 2014. Like many others, I was sucked in after hosting a card making party for a friend. I had never heard of paper crafting, nor did I feel equipped with the creativity to be good at it. I was a science nerd after all. Still, it was a nice excuse to get together with my friends, eat food and have some drinks. So, with a little instruction and a LOT of laughter, I made my first card. It was Halloween themed, and you’ll find that’s how you can hook me in to just about anything. She was smart, my friend. I quickly bought all the supplies she recommended and down the rabbit hole I went.

I’ve spent the last few years honing my skills and gathering knowledge from all the great creators in this industry. The inspiration is plentiful. Whether you are new to card making or just looking for ideas, I hope you find something that inspires you to get out your supplies and start playing. Take a look around.
