Hi friends! Today I have a sweet and colorful card featuring the Christmas Mugs die from the Pretty Pink Posh October 2026 release. I am guest designing for this release, so exciting, so Pretty Pink Posh sent me some products from this release to play around with. The mugs are adorable and I’m sucker for a good mug die. I grabbed some older products from my stash and started creating.

I started by creating my background on an A2 panel of cardstock. Using three colors of Distress Oxide inks, I created a colorful panel of pink, purple and blue. The colors I used are Kitsch Flamingo, Tumbled Glass, and Shaded Lilac. I added some water splatters with a fan brush to create some interest on the background. Then, with the Layered Snowflakes stencil set and some white pigment ink, Calico White from Pinkfresh, I created a flurry of snowflakes on my background. I let my panel dry and then I die cut it using the largest Stitched Torn Rectangle die. I also die cut a glitter panel using the same die from white glitter cardstock.

Next, I cut all the pieces for my mug using the die set and a mix of colored and glitter cardstock. Then I ink blended in a few areas to create some dimension. All cardstock colors and inks are listed at the end of this post. I also die cut a candy cane from the Gingerbread House die set as a little something extra. I assembled my mug using liquid glue and then popped Santa’s mustache up on foam tape.

I created an A2 card base using a coordinating color of cardstock and then adhered my background panels offset for a fun look. I realized my background still needed a little something so I die cut some snoflakes from the Mitten Shaker Dies and glued those around the area where I would place my mug. Then I popped my mug up on some foam tape and adhered that down.

Using the Merry Greetings Stamp Set and coordinating dies, I stamped my sentiment using Industrial Diamond Fresh Dye Ink and then die cut. I popped that up on foam tape as well and then added some embellishments to finish off the front of the card. The Sparkling Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh were perfect in the 3mm, 4mm and 6mm sizes.

For the inside of my card, I created another background exactly like the front and cut some additional snowflakes to add. I trimmed the bottom of the panel at 1 and 1/2 inches and then glued to the bottom of a white panel die cut with the same Torn Rectangles die. I trimmed the snowflakes after adhering with liquid glue and then stamped a sentiment from the Merry Greetings Stamp Set. That finished off this holiday mug card!
