4 Tips for Mass Producing Cards – Concord & 9th Garden of Gratitude
Hi friends. You ever need multiple cards but don’t want to spend hours and hours making them? I love making multiple cards at a time. Kind of like batch cooking but with cards. The same concepts apply. Keep your ingredients simple, stay organized and work in steps.

I needed a few Thank You cards for Teacher Appreciation week so I grabbed one of my die sets from the C9 Summer Camp 2025 by Concord & 9th. This product is not available because it was exclusive to the event BUT it’s about the concept. This die set is one stop shop and perfect for mass producing cards. When you want to make a lot of cards at once, choose one product that stand on it’s own. It can be a die set like this, a stamp set, stencils….whatever brings you joy. That’s my first tip. Choose ONE product so you aren’t switching back and forth between multiples. Concord & 9th has a lot of products like this and I’ll list a few at the end of this post. The Garden of Gratitude die set has dies to cut all the elements plus a background die that will cut a guide into your card panel to show you where to place all your die cuts. Genius! The Primrose Garden set uses the same concept.

The second tip is to use a single color palette, especially if you’re die cutting. Now, these are your cards, so if you want to make each one a different color theme, you do you. For me, it’s much more efficient to choose one set of colors and stick to that for all the cards. I chose some colors from my stash of cardstock scraps, most of which are Stampin’ Up. I’ve listed the colors I used below:
- Tranquil Tide – Stampin’ Up
- Soft Succulent – Stampin’ Up
- Misty Moonlight – Stampin’ Up
- Calypso Coral – Stampin’ Up
- Powder Pink – Stampin’ Up
- Soft Sky – Stampin’ Up
- Buttercup – Concord & 9th

My third tip is to prep all your pieces ahead of time so you can assemble quickly and efficiently. I did all my die cutting at once and organized the pieces into one of my Spellbinders Craft Stax trays. That kept them all neat and tidy until I was ready to start assembling. This die set was really helpful in that I knew exactly how many pieces I needed for each card so that’s how many I cut.
The fourth and final tip is to assemble in steps instead of doing one full card at a time. I started by adhering all my leaves down first. I started with the darkest leaves and did each card then moved on to the next type of leaf. Adhering down your die cuts in steps like this allows you to get into an efficient rhythm instead of jumping back and forth. Think of an assembly line. They really do come together so quickly that way.

As a final touch, I always do something to the insides of my cards. I cut some extra die cuts when I was die cutting specifically for the insides. I cut a panel of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80lb down to 5 1/4 by 4 inches. I grabbed my Teacher Thank Yous stamp set by CZ Design and stamped a sentiment to each of the four inside panels using my Misti. Then I added my extra die cuts to the bottom right corner. I adhered each panel to the inside of my card and I had four cards in no time.
I hope these tips for mass producing were helpful. May you find making multiples of the same card as relaxing as I do. If you’d like to see how I put these cards together, click the link below to my Hidden River Creative YouTube video. As always, thanks for stopping by today. Now go get crafty!!
